This is my Think like a detective the secret code 2 was. Look carefully to uncover the clues. Down the bottom, it said to write a message of you're own. So I write my last name Maclaurin. On secret code 3, the code was. This is no red herring. The message I write was my first name Michael and in the secret code Michael was NRXSZVO and Maclaurin was NBDMVBSJO.

Letter of the week week 5

 

This is my letter of the week and it was week ten. we had to do for this week. my sentence says caroline ate chocolate that was Cadbury and it was a success. and it was a success.

This is my solve it the suspect was suspect 3 the easiest part was the second part and I got all of the answers right on the second one. 

Athletics Refection

The athletics was at the Ngatea grandstand. The first race I did was the 200 meters race but I didn't make it into the finals. If you made it at the end of the race a teacher would come and stand in front of you and write 60 on you're hand. Then we did the next race and I didn't make it into the finals for that one the teacher would write 100 on you're hand. Next I did long jump my best length was 3,17 on long jump. We did long jump in school grounds at the sandpit. After we were waiting for the relays then I went home with Maddox.

X country Reflection.

Cross Country Reflection 2020
This year I participated in the NPS Cross Country held at school on the Ngatea Domain. I ran in the 9 age group.


I am most proud of The work I put in for cross country Traning.

I think my effort towards our training at school was Good cause each Traning I pushed myself more and more to get better at running for cross country.

I showed the Learning Power of Resilience by Bye not giving up and pushing myself each training to get better and running so I can do cross country.

This is my Matariki jigsaw and it took really long to make cause I had to write it then color then cut then glue so it took a process to do.

Whetu term 2 Reflection

The new learning activity that I have enjoyed the most this term is Whetu Challenge because you have time to create cool things like paper planes and catapults.

Something that has challenged me this term has been the Matariki Jigsaw because I did not know what card 4 was. However, then I found out and did it.

The Whetu Challenge I enjoyed the most was the Paper Planes because we had a paper plane competition. We had to throw the planes into a bunker.

The opt-in workshop I enjoyed the most was Basketball because we played some basketball games and it was really fun to shoot some hoops. 

An aim I have for my learning is to get to rock hero on TT Rockstars because then I will be in milliseconds of a second.😎

Whetu Challenge - Paper Plane
Today our challenge was to design an accurate paper plane. We were given a draft piece of paper to trial and a good piece to use once we had tested the accuracy of it.

Before we started I thought this challenge was going to be hard but it was really easy

I decided to use the design a no tip paper airplane and my airplane was little cause I folded it the other way.

The hardest part was nothing

During our competition time, I managed to score I think I scored none cause my plane serves was bad.

White whale

Tennis ball challenge

This is my tennis ball challenge and I worked with Gaurav & Lucin to make it we used newspaper sizers and tape and a tennis ball. First, we rolled up the newspaper and then taped it so it stuck but then it didn't stand up properly so we got the leftover newspaper and put it on the bottom. But then it didn't work so we took it off and then put tape on the corners and now it will stand upright. Then we put the leftover newspaper on the top so the tennis ball could stand.

I made my catapult with 9 sticks 6 rubber bands and 1 spoon.
